1 Departure 9.30am - Arrival 3pm
2 No smoking in chalets

Dogs are welcome in Trevone at a cost of £30 per week
4 We accept no resposibility for loss/damage to personal belongings
5 Electricity via £1 coin meter
6 Please remember to bring your own bed linen
7 Breakages/damage to the property must be reported to the owners before departure - or replaced
8 Fixtures & fittings must not be altered in the property
9 The property must be left in a clean & tidy condition
10 Please remove excess sand before entering property
11 Bin day Thursday - we advise to put out on Wednesday night
12 Bookings-made are non- transferable unless agreed by the owners
13 We reserve the right to enter the property for the purpose of maintenance
14 Bookings must be made by persons over the age of 21 years
15 £50 deposit to secure booking non refundable. balance to be received 6 weeks prior to arrival
16 £100 security deposit paid with final balance which will be returned within 7 days after departure
17 If the booking is cancelled the balance is payable in full if the accommodation is not re-let

Any excess cleaning required on vacation of the property will incurr a charge of £10 extra per hour, which will be taken from your security deposit
